What is processing time for digital artwork?

Processing time is between 3-5 days. 

How long is the waiting time to receive customised items (hoodies, mugs etc.) ?

Artwork is done between 3-5 days, then printing and shippind can take anywhere from 2-14 business days, depending on shipping destination. Standard shipping to UK is 2-3 business days, Europe is 3-5 business days, USA is 6-7 business days and anywhere else can take up to 14 business days ( that's all estimated).

What pets can you draw?

Mostly we have done dogs and cats, but also received orders for rabbits, hamsters, goats, horses and parrots. Looking forward to new pets! :)

How do you print the artwork on clothing?

We use best methods- Sublimation and DTG (Direct to Garment)- that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink soaks into the fibers, it's like printing on paper, but on clothing. That allows for a print to stay perfect on you hoodie, sweatshirt and tee after great amount of washes!

How do I pick the colour and what is the colour hexcode?

You can simply type the colour you would like me to make and I will add it to be best shade I think it suits your pet! If you want to be precised-hexcode is a way of specifying color using hexadecimal values. You can find your perfect hexcode following this link:  and send me the code that starts with # 

What is the quality of digital artwork received?

Artwork is 4000 x 5000 pixels and can be printed up to the size A2.

What is the return policy?

If you changed your mind, we are happy to give a refund no later than 3 hours after purchase was made. 

Where do I send the photo of my pet for my order?

You can simply upload photos on the product page and checkout. When we receive your order, your uploaded photos will be attached to the order and we can start working on your images.

Can I add accessories to my pet's artwork?

Absolutely! Upload any photos of the accessory- can be separate photo of accessory itself or a photo of your pet wearing it, either way works! :)

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards and Paypal.

We also intergated with the Laybuy service, where you can spread the cost of your purchase for 6 weeks at 0% interest.
